Type: Full Time Location: Powell, OH (Remote) Overtime Exempt: No Reports To: ARMADA HQ Security Clearance Required: N/A **********************CONTINGENT UPON AWARD******************* Duties & Responsibilities: These duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Collaborate with faculty and SMEs to design, develop, and implement learning experiences that help learners achieve instructional goals through active engagement and reflection. Integrate experiential learning methods and activities into courses or standalone learning experiences. Facilitate learning sessions, provide technical assistance, and stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in experiential learning. The developer's expertise in instructional design, multimedia tools, and adult learning theories ensures the effective delivery of experiential learning opportunities for DAU's students and faculty. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Minimum/General Experience: 6 years of experience Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Disclaimer: The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work to be performed.
