Job Title:Senior Exchange Directory EngineerLocation:OH - ColumbusWhat you'll do:The Senior Exchange Engineer will provide the required support for Hybrid Exchange environment. With at least 5 years of experience that focuses on least access principles, this role will provide support, implementation, and design services for Exchange. This role will be resolving, and appropriately completing assigned cases and change requests, as well as acting as an escalation for support issues.The Senior Exchange Engineer will be applying new solutions through research and collaboration within the team, as well as collaborate with other IT teams.What we are looking for: Job DescriptionResponsibilities: As a Senior Exchange Administrator, manage Hybrid Exchange environment Work on Email related requests and incidents Manage O365 environment and tools Manage Email security (Proofpoint) Support Email delivery issues Support business requirements with email solutions Participate in audits Proactive issue/risk identification Troubleshooting issues Root cause analysis Continuous service improvements Participate and Lead Projects.Qualifications: B.S. degree or equivalent experience 5+ years in IT Systems Engineering/Active Directory/Exchange 3+ years in Azure ADProfessional Skills/Experience: Minimum 7 years overall IT experience with 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Exchange technologies including Active Directory. Desired experience working in a fast-paced Industrial environment with a career track record of engineering, developing, deploying, and maintaining business critical systems in the area of technical expertise including hands on solution development and implementation experience. Team Player with a "can do" attitude with proven leadership, communication, organizational, and strong interpersonal skills. The role requires significant interaction with many different teams across a global company. Self-motivated, with keen attention to detail and excellent judgment skills, one who can lead as well as follow. Able to integrate and apply feedback in a professional manner.
