The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in both basic and advanced estate planning. Experience with tax-exempt organizations and estate and trust administration is also preferred. They should possess excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills. The candidate should have 2-6 years of sophisticated law firm experience. Duties:Handle a wide range of estate planning matters, including basic and advanced estate planning.Advise clients on creating wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.Develop strategies for wealth preservation and transfer.Assist clients with estate and trust administration.Provide counsel on tax planning and tax-exempt organizations.Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.Collaborate with colleagues and support staff on complex estate planning cases. Requirements:Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in the state of Ohio.2-6 years of sophisticated law firm experience in trusts and estates.Substantial experience in both basic and advanced estate planning.Strong understanding of tax planning and tax-exempt organizations.Excellent academic credentials. Education:Juris Doctorate (Required) Certifications:Admission to practice law in Ohio (Required) Skills:Substantial experience in basic and advanced estate planning.Proficiency in estate and trust administration.Knowledge of tax planning and tax-exempt organizations.Excellent analytical and research skills.Strong writing and communication abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Detail-oriented approach to legal work.
