The responsibility of our hosts and hostesses is to greet and assist our dine-in customers and keep the dining area clean and well-stocked. In this role, you will have an opportunity to surprise and delight guests, make personal connections and execute service excellence. Requirements/Responsibilities Host / Hostess / Greeter Requirements & Responsibilities We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:• Reliability and Takes Initiative• Cheerful and Positive Attitude• Values Teamwork• Passion for Serving and Helping others Applicants must be able to: • Provide Genuine Hospitality to all Guests• Create and Maintain Eye Contact• Speak Enthusiastically • Work Independently with Integrity• Follow Restaurant Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time. Job opportunities as Host/Hostess/Greeter are generally offered as part-time or full-time opportunities. Prior experience as a host, hostess, or restaurant crew member, team member is not required but is preferred.
