Dinner Service Want to serve made-from-scratch food you can be proud of? Our dinner servers average $15 - $25 or more an hour at dinner. $250 Bonus if in good standing after 90 days. The evening shift starts at 3:30 or 4 pm daily and ends between 9-10 pm depending on the night. Our staff is family. They love working together and love to help each other. Credit card tips are paid in cash nightly. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and deliver excellent service, then we are looking for you. All we ask is that you enjoy talking with guests, be a positive team member, and strive to deliver the best service We are willing to train those with a great attitude! • Paid time off and vacation for part-time and full-time employees! Work-life balance• Work shirts and aprons provided• You need to provide your own black pants and shoes• Plenty of opportunities to grow within the company, and new positions open often• Once hired if you refer someone to work here and they are in good standing after 90 days you receive a $500 bonus• We have many perks such as free stays, free meals, and free spa treatments and we are a profit-sharing company!• Birthday gift cards• Monthly staff lunch• If roads are bad in the winter you are able to stay at the inn Responsibilities:• Take orders, input orders into POS, communicate with chefs and other staff, serve food• Set and clear tables• Communicate with the kitchen regarding guest requests, allergies, etc.• Complete the daily side work as assigned• Clean and organize work areas, tables, etc. Qualifications:• Must be outgoing and love talking to people• Must be a team player and willing to help out your fellow staff• Must have good communication skills• Must be able to multi-task and must be organized• Must be clean and professional looking• Must want to give outstanding service to our guests• Able to arrive at work on time• Have reliable transportation• Make our guests feel at home Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly About Company: Our company has been in operation for 38 years. We are a full-service Inn with Geodomes, Cottages, Yurts, Cabins, and Lodges. We also have an onsite restaurant where we serve breakfast daily to all guests for free. We are open for lunch in the peak season (May through October) and are open for dinner nightly. We have a spa where visitors can get massages, spa facials, scrubs, wraps, etc. We have great benefits such as paid vacation, personal time, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, and gift shop discounts. We also offer discounted meals and spa services as well as free items such as towels and sheets when available. We also own a golf course and you can golf for free. Employee bonus after 90 days.
