IT Support Specialist Guild Associates, Inc. is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in our Dublin office. The specialist will participate in Guild’s IT support efforts including cybersecurity, client and server infrastructure, networking, software applications, data, and user accounts. This specialist also will function as the first point of contact for supporting the technical needs of the business and its employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent time-management and communication skills which will enable him/her to collaborate well with various employees and leaders within the company. The IT Support Specialist will share ownership of all technical issues with other department members. Responsibilities Prioritize and respond to tickets, emails, calls, and messages, providing fast follow-up Troubleshoot and solve everyday technology problems Management of software applications Inform and train employees regarding technology in use at Guild Report on the status of tickets and projects to the IT manager Inventory management, knowledge base management Other assigned responsibilities as needed Required Qualifications Proactive and positive mindset Effective communication and customer service skills Broad understanding of the Microsoft 365 application suite Significant experience with software application management (Install, Update, Uninstall, etc.) Familiar with peripherals including printers, scanners, USB devices/hubs, A/V equipment, etc. Preferred Qualifications Minimum Associate Degree in Information Technology, or related degree CompTIA A+, Network +, and Security + Minimum 6 months technical experience, which can include home lab work and internships Familiarity with ticketing software and asset inventory Excellent Troubleshooting skills Attention to Detail Desire to learn Additional Information Occasional Overtime Required Occasional travel between buildings within 20-mile radius Guild Associates is a company of diverse individuals.
