BMW of Dayton is growing and needs to expand! We just had our best year ever with record volume and gross profit! We sell premium BMW vehicles, which are all in great demand. Our sales are increasing and need someone special to take us to the next level! We need an experienced luxury sales associate to both sell and help manage the department. This is a great opportunity for a high performing sales associate that is ready to start moving into management! The Assistant Manager will sell cars on the floor plus help with inventory management, marketing, training, etc. We will also provide a training program and plan for the right individual. Our dealership is a family environment and we are closed on Sundays . Great earnings potential for the right individual! The right person must have experience selling cars, preferably high line brands. We offer: Paid training Management support High commissions Five day work week Closed Sundays Health Insurance and Dental Insurance 401k with Matching Contributions Paid vacations Associate requirements: EXPERIENCE SELLING CARS IS A REQUIREMENT.
